Keto Bacon and Egg Muffins

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and diced green onions.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing the muffins from the tin.
